Two things you might include in your will – and one point not to forget!

Clients are often unsure exactly what they might put in their Will or are surprised when we mention what can be included the document. Here are just two examples…

1) Your will can specify who should take custody of your pets and how money should be provided to ensure their ongoing care

2) You can use your will to specify exactly how any expenses, taxes or debts should be settled – for example by stating which bank account can be used
